What to Expect in Your First Class

Arrive Early

Come in a few minutes before class to meet your coach, settle in, and get comfortable on the mats.

What to Bring

Wear a comfortable shirt and shorts. Bring a bottle of water — that’s all you need.

Warm-Up

We start with simple movements to loosen up and get your body ready to train.

Technique Practice

You’ll learn the core positions and movements step-by-step with clear guidance from your coach.

Sparring (Rolling)

If you feel ready, you can try controlled, beginner-friendly rounds to apply what you’ve learned.
No pressure — you choose your pace.

After Class

Ask questions, meet the team, and take your time. We keep things friendly, relaxed, and ego-free.

Pro Tip

Everyone starts somewhere. Enjoy the process — we’ll guide you every step of the way.
