Our community self-defence classes are open to men and women of all experience levels. Each session covers fundamental principles such as personal safety awareness, distance management, balance, and how to respond calmly under pressure. Training is conducted in a supportive environment, making it ideal for beginners or anyone looking to improve their self-defence knowledge.
These classes are held every last Tuesday of the month and are taught by experienced instructors with backgrounds in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and real-world self-defence. The focus is on control, positioning, and escape, not strength or aggression.
