Parent-Participation Movement & Bonding Program

Summary:
A playful, movement-based introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu designed for toddlers. Parents actively participate as their child’s training partner, creating a safe, supportive learning environment.

What they learn:

  • Fundamental movement patterns (rolling, crawling, balancing, coordination)
     
  • Early body awareness and safe falling mechanics
     
  • Basic Jiu-Jitsu concepts through age-appropriate games

At this age, children learn best through guided play, mirroring, and parental co-regulation. The parent’s involvement improves confidence, reduces separation anxiety, and boosts learning retention.

  • How to stay calm under pressure
     
  • Cooperation, taking turns, and following instructions
     
  • Age-appropriate self-defence concepts (distance, posture, awareness)

A skill-focused program where students develop proper technique, resilience, discipline, and problem-solving through structured Jiu-Jitsu training.

  • Key BJJ positions, submissions, transitions, and escapes
     
  • Strategy and timing through controlled sparring
     
  • Real self-defence skills: situational awareness, leverage, posture, base
     
  • Goal-setting and progressive learning (stripes, belts, challenges)

Warm-up → technical instruction → drilling → situational sparring → optional live rounds (based on skill level).

A high-level teens program bridging junior training and the adult classes. Ideal for developing strong technical foundations, physical conditioning, and independent problem-solving.

  • Intermediate–advanced No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu techniques
     
  • Positional strategy, counters, and combinations
     
  • How to train safely with larger/stronger partners
     
  • Self-defence principles including clinch control, escapes, and ground management
     

Training structure:
Technical blocks, higher-intensity drilling, situational rounds, and full live training where appropriate.

As students advance, they earn belt promotions, with graduation ceremonies celebrating their progress.
